Art and sports may seem like two completely different worlds, but they share a deep connection that can be seen through the passion, creativity, and expression they both offer.
One of the most significant connections between art and sports is the importance of creativity and expression. Just as an artist uses their creativity and expression to create a work of art, athletes also use their creativity and expression to perform and compete.
The two subjects also share a commonality in the way they can inspire and bring people together. Art and athletics may seem like two different worlds, but they share a deep connection through their mutual creativity, expression, and inspiration.

Art Instruction
Just the basic concepts of visual art while keeping it accessible with an emphasis on creativity and joy of expression. Practice ways of finding creative solutions that can arise during the creative process and use these tools in other aspects of live for example the game of soccer. As in the creative artistic process while playing soccer, you need to be able to come up with creative solutions to achieve your goals on the soccer field. The ability to think outside of the box and come up with innovative solutions is a valuable skill in both art and soccer.
Soccer Instruction.
Starting at the very basics of the game like first touch, body position, triangles, spacing, and scanning the field to find space. This project is for the beginner or those who want to learn about some of the fundamental concepts and ideas of the sport. Some of these concepts are universal to invasion sports in general. Perfect for players and parents learning the sport. If you got talked into being the coach for your kids Rec soccer team this is the spot!
Process.
All the details have not yet been worked out but like a painting this is a work in progress and will develop with time. I will be adding to the library of both soccer lessons and art lessons. As the library grows so will the project.
Content.
The content will be a mixture of videos, audio like a podcast, and written or visual infographics. The project will mirror how I enjoy creating paintings, with open space for the creativity to guide me along.
